The full Back office module is available as a dedicated terminal or as part of a
POS Terminal. All KingPOS transaction data is recorded and never deleted.
There is no weekly or month end procedures. All reports that are drawn are based
on a start and end period. The advantage being you can draw a report for any
period that you require. We record the fine grain data enabling you to view new
reports drawn from your old data. |

Purchase Order |

KingPOS Controls your inventory from when the order is placed with the Supplier
via the Purchase Order Module.
The Purchase orders can be generated manually or
from predefined reorder levels. This Purchase order can be Faxed or Emailed to
the Supplier. |

When the order arrives at the store it can be speedily booked in to KingPOS with
in the Back Office Module. If the store only has one POS Terminal, the stock may
be booked in from within the sales module. |

KingPOS will control and track all you stock from ordering to consumption. It
can be kept in different locations and caters for the cleaning and preparation
of ingredients eg calamari and prawns. The Stock booked in may be deducted in
many different forms:

• The Ingredients are used to manufacture inhouse ingredients.
• They are deducted every time a Menu item is sold.
• They could be broken up into new ingredients via the Portioning Module.

The Stock Takes may be taken either in real-time while the store is trading or
in Batch mode after the trade day has ended. You can complete all yesterday’s
stock work even if the shop is already trading today. |

The Counting of the stock can be aided with remote Stock Take Terminals or
Digital liquor counting Scales.
The Stock Take will reveal any shrinkage. It is with this knowledge that you can
make decisions to enable you to run a successful operation.

KingPOS is be able to produce you an actual or theoretical Cost of Sales and
Gross Profit Report including or excluding packaging. |
If you capture the operation expenses KingPOS will produce a Full Trading
Account. This gives you a full financial overview of your Business. This report
is up-to-date to the last cash up and can be drawn for the Day, Week, Month or
any number of days. |
